Amir Akhavan-Yazdi, DNP, APRN, FNP-BC

Amir Akhavan-Yazdi, DNP, APRN, FNP-BC, is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse who joined Digestive Disease Associates in August 2020. Amir received his Doctorate of Nursing Practice in Family Nursing Practice from Florida Gulf Coast University in May 2020. He obtained a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Nova Southeastern University in 2016. Amir previously worked as a Registered Nurse in Fort Myers for over 4 years in the progressive care setting. He enjoys spending his free time with his family, board games, building computers, and sitting with his cat.
