Financial Policy
Our financial policies have been developed to ensure that we are able to continue to provide high-quality, cost-effective care to our patients.
- Co-payments are due at time of service. We accept most major credit cards.
- Patients are financially responsible to Digestive Disease Associates for non-payment of any fees not covered by your insurance.
- Account statements are mailed monthly.
- Physician, facility, and lab charges are billed separately.
- A $20 service charge will be assessed if co-payment is not paid at the time of service.
- Returned checks are subject to a service charge.
- A missed appointment fee will be charged if patients fail to notify the office 48 hours in advance of missing or rescheduling an office or procedure appointment.
